Refreshful Designs is an online personal healing and empowerment space. It was established by Kim Zeigler in 2020 with the vision to provide energy healing services, support, and encouragement; to those courageously following their inner guidance and awakening to their soul path.
Kim offers one-on-one energy healing services, leads group healing sessions, hosts community membership events, and designs various products inspired from living an intuitive and creative lifestyle.
The name “Refreshful Designs” was inspiried by Kim’s initial “spiritual awakening" experience in the spring of 2019. The name means being capable and full of power to heal; again and again. It's a lifelong cycle of becoming.
When you have a spiritual awakening experience you naturally begin to purge, question, and repair your old ways of being, doing, and thinking. You begin to release conditioned beliefs, pressures, and expectations in order to transform and align with the authenticity of your soul. It’s about letting go of victim mentality and taking reasonability to design a life you truly love.
It's a time to establish a protective and nurturing environment for yourself to heal in. Furthermore, it’s about developing your intuition and building a strong and trusting relationship with your inner voice.
The spiritual awakening journey helps you develop a deep sense of self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-worth. This elevated state of self-love helps you give and receive love unconditionally.
It’s about embracing both your physical nature and your spiritual nature; grounding with the earth and rising higher with spirit. It’s about embracing both your divine feminine energy and your divine masculine energy; listening to your inner guidance and taking inspired action toward your motives.
Being a Refreshful Design is a journey of awakening. It’s an intense healing process of unlearning all the external programing and expectations placed upon you; so that you can hear the divine truth and wisdom that comes from within you.
Once you remove the veils of your false self you begin to remember the divine light of your soul.
Day-by-day you reclaim the lost parts of you and rebuild your wholeness. Maintaining your energetic balance becomes essential and living aligned with your soul becomes your lifestyle.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A SPIRITUAL AWAKENING
At the beginning of your awakening journey and throughout its duration; you’ll likely experience personal insights that shift your beliefs and expand your consciousness. These insights may occur instantly or develop gradually over time.
As your consciousness expands, your energy recalibrates on a multidimensional level to match your new vibrational frequency. While your energy is recalibrating it is common to experience various physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual symptoms and sensations. You’ll likely experience suppressed feelings and emotions rise to the surface to be healed for a chance to be seen, heard, and understood by your new state of consciousness. This takes place to help you purge old energy, reclaim lost parts of yourself, and evolve your soul in order to return to your wholeness.
Self-care practices such as Reiki, meditation, journaling, walking in nature, signing, dancing, and truly anything else that nourishes you; can significantly support you through your awakening. It's important to use these self-care tools and modalities to ease and enhance your awakening experience rather than to use them as a means to bypass difficult emotions.
As you let go of false identities and old ways of being; you create space for new opportunities and possibilities to manifest. You may even start to discover new skills, gifts, and talents emerging from your renewed sense of self.
Awakening is a journey of continuous growth and healing. So rather than being a victim to your conditioning, resistant to inevitable change, or numb to strong emotions; take back your personal power, commit to embodying your soul here on earth, and create a life you love.
